As due diligence wraps up, the buyer drafts a purchase agreement for you to review. Both parties work together to finalize any outstanding terms, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready for a smooth closing.

Step 5
Finalizing the Sale & Moving Forward​

Finally, we facilitate open discussions between you and the buyer, exploring potential deal structures. Once we’ve identified the right fit, we draft a clear Letter of Intent (LOI) to confidently move toward closing.
